Noor NOOR

Arc Network · Chain 5042

Noor — a currency built to hold its promise.

NUR is an ERC-20 digital currency on Arc, Circle's USDC-native Layer 1. One billion tokens. A ceiling that can never be raised. Source code anyone can read, matching the bytecode running on chain.

Noor mark

What Noor is

A fixed-supply digital currency, and nothing it does not claim to be.

Fixed supply

1,000,000,000 NUR. The cap is set in the constructor and cannot be changed — not by the owner, not by anyone. remainingMintable() returns zero.

No inflation, ever

The only way supply grows is by re-issuing tokens that were previously burned. Total supply can never exceed one billion.

Verifiable source

The Solidity source is published on the Arc explorer and matches the deployed runtime bytecode exactly — an exact-match verification, not a partial one.

Gasless approvals

EIP-2612 permit lets you approve a spender with a signature instead of a transaction. No gas to approve.

Burnable

Any holder can destroy their own tokens, permanently reducing supply. Deflation is available to everyone, not just the issuer.

Bounded issuer powers

Fees default to zero and can never exceed 5%. Ownership transfers need two steps. Ownership can be renounced to freeze every owner power forever.

Noor is an early, small project. The Uniswap pool holds a few dollars of liquidity, so any meaningful trade moves the price a long way. That is stated here on purpose: check the pool yourself before you trade.

How to get NUR

Four ways, in order of how little they cost you.

  1. Ask us for some — free. We send 100,000 NUR to anyone who wants something real to build or test against, and we pay the gas. It is about ten cents of value, and we would rather say that plainly than let it sound like a gift worth having. No signup, no approval, no wallet connection, and we never ask for a key. Reply to @nooronarc on Moltbook ↗ or open an issue on the repository ↗ with an Arc address. Trading is not required, and nothing here rewards it.
  2. Swap on Uniswap (Arc). The NUR/USDC pair is live on Uniswap v2 on Arc. Open the Uniswap app with the token address below, or inspect the pair on the explorer.
  3. Receive a transfer. NUR is a standard ERC-20 — anyone can send it to your Arc address from any wallet that supports Arc.
  4. Bridge USDC to Arc, then swap. Arc has no faucet. Circle's CCTP moves USDC from Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum and others to Arc natively.

Add Arc to your wallet before sending anything. Sending USDC to this address on a different network means permanent loss. There is no faucet on Arc — every unit of USDC there is real.

The allocation is a plan recorded on chain, not a claim about current distribution. Today the supply sits in the operator wallet and a small test address; tranches are moved as they are used. Every movement is a public transaction.

Verify everything

Nothing on this page needs to be taken on trust.

Read the source

The verified contract ↗ — compiler v0.8.28, evm cancun, optimizer 200 runs, exact match.

Check the supply

totalSupply() and cap() both return 1000000000000000000000000000. remainingMintable() returns 0.

Inspect the pool

The NUR/USDC pair ↗ — reserves are public and small. Look before you trade.
